A customer bought a bedding comforter from me, thru fba..then returns it … Fba refunds the customer’s money in full. And then fba tells me it is not in resellable condition.
I create a removal order and receive the comforter
There are lints and small particles, and you can smell human odor on it.
It’s a $450 item and I’m hurting. Is there any way I can get my money back from Amazon because they didn’t check the item thoroughly when they received it back from the customer????
What are my options ?

You have to include pictures of the returned item and point out all the issues, Amazon won’t make it easy to prove they screwed up. Amazon should not have accepted it.
