A customer bought a bedding comforter from me, thru fba..then returns it … Fba refunds the customer’s money in full. And then fba tells me it is not in resellable condition.
I create a removal order and receive the comforter
There are lints and small particles, and you can smell human odor on it.
It’s a $450 item and I’m hurting. Is there any way I can get my money back from Amazon because they didn’t check the item thoroughly when they received it back from the customer????
What are my options ?
