A question popped up about fraudulent returns, and customers filing claims that they didn’t receive their product, or otherwise lying to get free product or their money back.

The presenter said that, “this hardly ever happens, and Amazon clearly helps you out and is on your side to help you out”. I called him out on it, he said, that it happens maybe 1-2% of the time.

What percentage of orders do you think you get which are problems?

it is way below 1% of orders have claims that they didn’t receive …. but on the flip side, Amazon rarely helps out

Amazon only helps if there is a signature. That being said signatures are a waste of money. Only require them when you send high priced items.

Less than 1% for me. I haven’t had any trouble without signatures either. I’ve won all A-Zs without them, no problem. I’ve had less than ten. But still… 100% success.
