Today Amazon emailed me saying that this listing has been closed due to a high rate of negative customer experiences (15.4% as they claim).
The problem is that I received only positive feedbacks for my product, so I don’t know what to do. Should I shut down the listing and move on? I’ve currently 47 items in stock.
What should I do? Any help? Thank you!
So that information is key right there. You can see many buyers are not a fan of the quality. If you relist it, you will likely have he same problems. Amazon does not like defective prone products. Next time, you may not just get a slap on the wrist. Liquidate this elsewhere and move on. Not worth the risk.
