Anyone with experience of large loads and if it's most economical to store at AZ warehouse or use a fulfillment centre?

My next product is small oversize and MOQ was 1000 so I have 13CBM heading to USA and 4CBM heading to UK.

I was planning to send them direct to Amazon warehouses until I saw the monthly storage fees and how they increase after 6 months.

As this is a new product I don’t know how fast the products will sell. There is only one competitor and JS suggests they sell 1,500 each month. So surely I will sell 1,000 during the 6 months and avoid the long term storage fee hike.

The warehouse and outlet sections are built just like the rest of Amazon, filtered through broad categories like TVs, laptops, tablets, home audio, kitchen & dining, home goods, outdoors, and other frequently shopped search-terms.

Amazon limits you to 500 oversized items you can send to FBA. You can increase your limit over time by moving your stock quickly.
