Are Suffocation Warning labels required

Are Suffocation Warning labels required on shrink film or shrink film bag wrapped items?? I do know the regulation for poly bags.

I use shrink film bags for many of my items.
I like to use shrink bags or poly bags on Most of my items to prep.

Even though some items don’t need to be bagged, I bag them anyway, and that is because of all the labels I have to put on, namely: bar code, suffocation warning, this is a set, made in ____, chocking hazard, where necessary. Sooo….if someone is buying the item as a gift, the labels aren’t “plastered” all over the item

Not sure on the official policy, but my take, especially with AZ, is to err on the safe side. I put stickers everywhere.

Are these bags on a roll? are they preformed on 3 sides? then i would classify them as bags needing suffocation if 5″ or greater. if its shrink wrap which only has 1 preformed side and is usually of a lighter guage. u should ask amazon tho they may not understand the question
