At the beginning of this month I received an email from the seller performance team that one of my (very successful) listings was pulled due to a customer complaint that the item was counterfeit. I thought this was a mistake since some other sellers have jumped on my listing.

They requested supplier invoices, and a plan of action. I responded with both.

They responded and said that wasn’t enough, and then said the complaint was that the item was damaged/defective, and I needed to submit a plan of action.

I responded and said that I pulled my remaining inventory (I only had a few left after xmas), and instead of shipping in poly bags, my product will be shipped in a box and bubble wrapped inside the box.

They responded and said that wasn’t enough, and I needed to submit another plan of action.

i responded and said I added an inspection point in China, and an inspection point in the US before it is shipped to Amazon.

Also, with every one of my emails, I was very conciliatory and professional.

They responded this morning and said that I am no longer allowed to sell that item (heart drop).

I have 1200 more of this item hitting the port next week (panic).

Any advice out there? The listing is still active, because another seller jumped on it (and is actually selling counterfeit versions).
