Can someone show me to how look at a report that tells me why a customer made a return?
Had a guy that bought 20 units one day. Next day he buys another 20. Today he returned 20, and then immediately bought another 20.
I’m wanting to find out what was up with the 20 he returned so I can track it down and see if Amazon is owing me some skrilla.
You can view reports once the items have been returned. Even then, you don’t get to see customer comments. You only see those if Amazon flags a product for a high percentage of returns (which this may do). In that email, you’ll see customer comments.
I really hope it’s not malicious. Selling on Amazons platform is walking on eggshells compared to all others. He still can return those other 20…. He could keep the other 20 to show not all your items are bad but return other 20 with issues, still hurting greatly. It doesn’t take much to get suspended.We know that’s not the case of bad product of yours.
