You’ll want to transition over to sea when you can. It’s ridiculously more affordable. However, there is something to be said about placing an order and having it arrive a week later.

Sea shipping runs a lot better price per pound, but you run into a lot of other fees that make it not worth it for small shipments.

Generally, your supplier will get you a better price for dhl, ups, fedex because of the volume they do.

A lot of times the suppliers use freight forwarders, who have very good rates due to the extremely high volume they do, and can pass some savings onto you.

DHL takes care of it, but the concern lies with the amount being brought into the country.

I have my supplier make all the arrangements and we just get billed for it.
