Does anyone have a take on requesting feedback from buyers? I know under Soliciting Feedback it says “You may request feedback from a buyer. However, you may not offer pay nor any incentive to a buyer for either providing or removing feedback.” But I also know that Amazon already sends out a feedback email to the purchasing customer. I was just wondering if it would be in my best interest to send out a small non-marketing email (i.a.w. Amazons terms of course), thanking them for purchasing and asking them to rate the service/product? Or would that seem irritating to the customer?

Thoughts?

There’s no need to request “feedback”, you should be using Salesbacker though to get more reviews. You can get 60 days free at my link salesbacker.com/go/anthony

This will set up your followup sequence of emails to send to customers, which you can break down by ASIN if you want to which can allow you to send ebooks for each of the items, or specific info or whatever you want.

Keep in mind if you want to include attachments to any of the email sequences you need to sign up for one of their premium versions which starts at $19/mo for up to 1600 emails per month.
