Has anyone ever had amazon overpay a reimbursement? I had a refund initiated email for a $14.49 grocery item that was sold almost 5 months ago. I opened a case about it and this was the response:
“Please be informed that I personally believe that you are not at fault and therefore I have requested for the reimbursement to be provided to you myself.
We do not want our sellers to face any kind of loss, thus, I am glad to let you know that I have provided you with a reimbursement, the Credit Operations team authorized it to be, of $65.00 for the order. This will be credited to your account in 3 to 5 business days and will reach you in your next payment.”
