Have you also experienced this? From the “Manage Claim Codes” page I generated single-use claim codes and provided them for my Facebook contacts. Those claim codes does not work.

This is what Amazon customer service replied to me: “the codes you have received in the zip file are the claim codes that you can provide to the buyers using the buyer-seller messaging service”

Very confusing.

The claim codes have been generated, You can provide the claim code to the Buyers who Order the product through promotion and by clicking on the Order details contact Buyer and provide them with the Claim code.

If there is an Order for the Product that you wish to promote, Use the Manage Orders tab and click on ‘Contact Buyer’ hyperlink and a message window will appear where you can send the message and claim code.
The Promotion must be Active so the claim codes are usable.
