Help with Product Safety Appeal

I received 1 Product Safety violation that states my account is at risk of being suspended. I did not receive a notification I just saw it in my Account Health. I do not have any details of the complaint but I have the product in question. What should I include in the appeal? Thanks

They will not tell you what the issue is. You have to go back through your emails, feedback and reviews to figure out the issues.

Then you need to submit a plan of action to resolve the issue and prevent further issues.

It’s a very frustrating process. For some reason, even though it says “listings removed”, they are not removed. I emailed amazon seller policy and they gave me a response asking for an action plan.

They also said that the listing was removed, but it was not actually removed. I am submitting my action plan tomorrow.

Try to keep your plan concise and provide all relevant info.
