Google HS Codes and you’ll find a couple of websites with info on import taxes. You can find the most appropriate for you, and give it to your supplier. Customs generally use HS codes provided by suppliers to calculate import tax

Actually the supplier does not and should not dictate what duty percentage you are paying. Customs does in fact dictate what duty you will and should be paying. I have had customers import cooling bags and I can verify that those items are in fact correctly taxed at 17.6% for the ones we cleared. I’m not quite sure about the running belts but if you are not satisfied with the duty rate you can always ask customs for a ruling. It will take a couple of weeks but you will get the correct duty. After you get a ruling and let’s say that customs says that your duty was less, you can always ask your broker to file for a refund. Also never Google your duty. I hope this helps!
