Hey family im in need of a little guidance. Customer purchased a phone march 10th 2015. And today i get a message saying customer would like a refund because there was a password on phone. How would you all address this?

What kind of warranty did the phone come with ? Was it a New or Used phone. How long of a warranty did you offer? deny the return request.
