Hey guys, just got a response email from seller support saying my account was under review because they were not sure about the authenticity of my product. How can it not be authentic when I own the company, the website, all the social feeds, and created all of the assets for it. Amazon wants to see my invoice and it should include…
1. Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
2. Your supplier’s contact information including name, phone number, address, and website.
3. Any additional details you would like us to know.
I’m not to sure I want to give out my manufacturer’s information, only to have my product become the newest Amazon Basics item. What do you guys think, has anyone else dealt with this.

Just submit them any invoice from where you bought your goods from. I had something pop up like this, and it wasn’t an issue at all. As soon as I sent them the invoice from the purchases I made from my supplier they immediately halted the case. Simple as that.
