if they contacted you, there is already a problem. Your response does nothing to solve that problem. No offense, but it’s also hard to understand.

I believe that this is for return dissatisfaction and not negative feedback….but you can run reports on all of those down to the order number

You can’t delete them…. Customers are sent an email asking them to rate the sell on the return process. I also wouldn’t call customers dear. And you’ll want to learn to write well in English….
