here is what amazon said about my claim ;
Hello,

Based on the information you provided in your intellectual property rights infringement complaint, we are unable to remove the items listed at the end of this message.

Amazon respects a manufacturer’s right to enter into exclusive distribution agreements for its products. However, as the enforcement of these agreements is a matter of contract between the manufacturer and the distributors, it would not be appropriate for Amazon to assist in enforcing these agreements.

Thank you for your interest in Amazon.

Battling a hijacker from Mexico on two of my PL products even though they ( my brands) are registered. I was not watching closely enough, received messages from 3 buyers saying the product was missing parts at arrival, it was not till then I noticed the hijacker.

Apply a UPC code to each and every unit, and cover the barcode with the FNSKU label, just above the digits. If someone hijacks your listing, have Amazon verify which seller’s items have the correct UPC code (the hijacker won’t). Only your items will remain on the listing
