How to appeal against against order defect in amazon

Hello please someone help me I got this msg from amazon details as below.

Recently, there have been some problems with your orders. Your order defect rate is higher than the goal of less than 1%. As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.

To sell on Amazon.com, please send us a plan that explains how you will address this problem. For help creating your plan, search for “Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges” in Seller Central Help. When you are ready to send us your plan, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/…/…/perf-notifications.html).

Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your listings and hold any funds in your account for up to 90 days.

To talk to someone about this email, you can ask our Seller Support team to contact you (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/performance).

You can see your customer satisfaction rates on the Account Health page in the Performance section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/…/pag…/account-health.html/). Looking at your A-to-z Guarantee claims, negative feedback, and chargebacks may help you learn how to improve your service.

We look forward to hearing from you.

We would like to know if this email was clear and helpful. Please take a moment to provide feedback for us (http://www.amazon.com/…/html-form…/TRMS_NotificationFeedback).

Sincerely,

Seller Performance Team

You are suspended. Sometimes you don’t get multiple shots on this, so it’s best to get someone to help you.

You need to go through and look at every order defect. Figure out what caused them and how you can provide better service to Amazon’s customers. If any of the things you find are fixable while suspended (such as inaccurate inventory numbers, selling items you do not have on hand ect) fix those now. Then explain to amazon what you have done to fix your problems, what you will do to maintain those fixes, and what you will do going forward.
