I was checking my own product listing today and was shocked when I saw an absolutely different price from what I had listed. My original price is $13.77 and now on my own listing it shows $8.10 and it is sold by some other seller.

I am a professional seller, selling my own product and was selling well until now when this other seller invaded my listing and is offering a much cheaper price. I created my own listing and photos . Also reviews customers provided are for my product, not for somebody else’s.

Could you please help me how I can stop this other seller hijacking my listing?

I don’t understand how someone can do this without having the actual inventory. I’m new to Amazon and still learning, but I’ve seen a post like this before. I hope you get this resolved soon. The others are probably going to tell you to report the seller to Amazon. Good luck.

This is calling Hijacker, if it true that is your product and that you BRAND them, you can order the items from this vendor to do a ” buy test ‘ when they arrive at your home, you take picture of the difference and tell to Amazon, also verify Cease and Desist letter, this scare 9/10 of the time hijacker.

Be aware that if for some reason, you not have brand them to make it exclusif for you, it will be extremely hard to remove them, as when you create a listing on amazon this is not YOUR but THEIR ” amazon property ” and anyone with the same EXACT product can list.

This happens all the time and there’s little you can do about it unless you can prove they are selling something that is is not identical to what is being listed. Are you brand registered and do you have your own brand on the product and packaging? If the answer is yes, do a test purchase (buy the product from this seller). And then photograph it and submit it to Amazon and there is a good chance they will remove it if it is not the same as what you have listed. Alternatively, you can send a ‘cease and desist’ letter to the other seller.
