I am again in the red for Amazon’s new “buyer return satisfaction” statistic. I downloaded the report to find out who’s complaining. It was two complaints in thirty days that put me in the red, and here’s one of them:
Extremely upset. I used amazon for 90% of my Christmas shopping this year. I need to return an item for my son. The item did not fit his game console. I was informed by the seller that it was over 30 days and I could not return it. As it was a Christmas present bought during the Christmas season…. I was unable to know I would need to return it until AFTER CHRISTMAS. I would definitely not buy from this seller again
So the complaint seems to be about a game cartridge, right? The idiot bought a Star Wars action figure.
