I am interested with one product, contacted the supplier. They have good experience with FBA sellers, and give me quite a good advise as well on product selection. They offer slightly higher price than other suppliers that responded my queries.
Good thing is they will also can PL, provide UPCs as well. They are 7years gold supplier, onsite checked but no Trade Insurance and not accessed supplier .
Should I go ahead with the deal with this supplier? Thanks in advance.
I’m much involved in the manufacturing/design industry. If you find your supplier on Alibaba and the sales person doesn’t respond, just go to another page of their Alibaba site and speak to another sales person; there’s usually 3-5 sales people in different sections of their own site. It’s also easier to speak to them via Skype rather than the Alibaba PM system.
always ask for samples. All factories will provide samples, if not– do not deal with them. Also request to have the samples “100% QC” at all times.
Also, in China– everything can be haggled from MOQ to pricing; so don’t be afraid to ask for a cheaper price or lower MOQ (in a nice way, of course), they won’t be offended.
