I had one of my item sold to a customer in France and item already ship and sent to customer on 17th April. Somehow I received an email that a refund was made to the customer for that item sold and Amz will adjust out from my account. So my question is for whatever reason a refund was made, meaning I lose a sale, inventory, money I bought that item? Cos I don’t think the customer gonna send back to Amz and they will add back to my inventory right?

If you are doing FBA, your item will be returned to your stock (as long as it is still new). You still will pay the fees though.

If its been returned it has been returned for the reason, dont worry much about it,if item was damaged by customers you got to eat the loss,if it was just a general return then it will drop back to your inventory and go on sale again.
