I JUST signed up!!! "Amazon has suspended your Seller Account"

I literally finished setting up my Amazon sellers account and I can see a banner at the top saying

“Amazon has suspended your Seller Account. Please refer to the email from Amazon to learn more about the status of your account. Read more”

I have checked my email and there is nothing on there about a suspended account. I have checked spam, draft, inbox etc in my email.

Is this a technical issue as I have just received a new email saying “Congratulations! You can start selling on Amazon immediately”yet the banner is still there.
