I order some body jewelry from Aliexpress seller, Body Jewelry Factory, seller name Nicholas Wang. The seller shipped the order but I never received the order according to the tracking. I contacted my local post office courier supervisor the date the order was marked out for delivery and they confirmed they didn’t have the package. I have been repeatedly calling the courier supervisor to track the whereabouts of the package and even opened a case with USPS Customer Service and gotten the same results of them not knowing the whereabouts of the package. Now Aliexpress is using the tracking info to justify releasing the payment to the seller. Is it too late to initiate a chargeback with my financial institution.

You can dispute that I believe if Nothing show in the system that was delivered.

That’s what I show Aliexpress that the package was not deliver even though the tracking number stated the package was Out for Delivery. I didn’t receive anything. I went to my local post office and notified them I didn’t receive any delivery attempt notification slip and nothing was left in my mailbox or on my porch. I even talked to the Delivery Route courier and she swears she was off that particular day. The post office won’t tell me who the stand-in delivery driver was for that particular date

The sender (seller) needs to submit a claim with USPS/China Post. If he refuses, then it smells suspicious. Check with your bank. Maybe deemed fraudulent by the bank. BTW, I think the time period for chargebacks is only 45 days.

For Visa, if you purchase an item online but did not receive the item, thats fraud. Shipping is the seller’s responsibility. Unfortunately, it maybe too late to submit a chargeback, if your transaction is on Sep 22.
