I planning to send 13 cases of product to Amazon. However one of the cases has one less product because I am sending one unit for product photography. What should I do when creating the shipment on Amazon? If I select case-packed and enter the number of units for each case, the quantity will be over by one. I am unable to find a way to change the quantity for the last case.

make a separate shipment for the case that is 1 item short. if it works out cheaper to send everything as 1 shipment, you can always say the full amount is in that box, then amazon will catch it and make the correction.

Adjustment is one option. The other is that after you create the shipment, on any of the boxes you can adjust the quantity by about 5%.

I’ve never tried that with case packed quantity. Not sure if it would work as the set up is different when shipping. Have you actually done this.

that I know. Just didn’t know it was available for case packaged shipments. I’ve done it several times on individually packed shipments.
