I received ether following email
” We have removed your listing because of a buyer complaint about the condition of an item they received from you. Your listing will remain inactive until we can work with you to resolve the concern. ”
used item sold as new and not as advertised are the reasons.
Amazon removed 5 out of hundreds items I sell, Let me state that those items are new and no fouls advertizing was in placed, I just don’t need it.
looks to me like an attack from competitors, but i might be wrong.
Here is my question… what is the process for a buyer / customer to do, so that the end result would be a letter like I resaved. (products removed)?
I had this happen last year after a collector filed a false complaint. I sent an email to a specific email address giving the ASIN number, stating that I was being blocked from selling it, explaining how I procure my stock, how the stock is inspected, handled, and stored to ensure it’s condition, and stating that the customer complaint was due to damage in transit. Three months later I received a notification that I had been cleared to start selling the product again
