I received the email from Seller Support, reimbursement is already initiated on the missing items, no explanation, shipping cost not included. Is this normal? What could be responsible for such large number of missing items?

They probably misplaced the box. They may find it and take back the reimbursement. Happened to me. I hope it’s not Valentines Day stuff or something. Not sure how they would handle finding a holiday item after the holiday.
