I sell cloth diapers and someone wants to return a couple for “defective” because she says they dont fit her baby and are uncomfortable for her. They are adjustable diapers and fit 8-35 lbs. Do I have to authorize a return? Its been over 30 days

Double check the requirement for the listing category – I know some baby items have a longer return window. But if not, you can deny the request but you’re open to an A to Z for 90 days.

Not everything on Amazon is returnable but EVERYTHING is refundable. If the buyer is claiming defective, regardless of it’s fact or fiction, you are on the hook for the return shipping. Do you really want to pay to have the buyer ship back used diapers? {I just threw up in my mouth thinking about it}. How much are we talking about here, couple of bucks? Refund the cost of the “defective” ones and move on
