I think my product listing is being hijacked.
Today I woke to see my images had changed.
I have contacted seller support and told them and they have refferd the case to the correct department. I cant even contact the correct department as they would not give me a emil address or contact number.
So now I just have to sit and wait for a reply.
Who ever is hijacking my listing isn’t actually on the listing yet. I am the only seller on the listing.

is there anything proactive I can do in the meantime?

We have seen Amazon change images and replace really good ones with terrible ones taken by themselves. But it they aren’t your product, but similar, sounds it either sounds like malicious act by another seller or like you say another seller preparing to jump in.

I have that on one of my listing where someone keeps changing the pictures with rubbish/AMZ not approved ones. Contact AMZ and ask them to do the change themselves, it is then more difficult for anyone to edit your listing.
