I understand there were changes in Amazon’s product review policy.
Many reviews were erased, and there are new restrictions over sending products for free, or something like that.
Can someone clear this? What exactly are the dos and don’ts for this? Can I still offer a product to a FB reviewers group? For free? For a very large discount?

My understanding was that the reviews may not be verified purchases if discounted more than 97%.

That said, your average buyer doesn’t care about the difference between verified and unverified.

There were changes, however, those changes went into effect way back . They only just started implementing them. The wording on the TOS barely changed. The important thing is to just always stay TOS compliant and you will be fine. If you work with individual reviewers or a group, make sue that they are all complying with TOS. Do not do any down voting, upvoting, etc. The only way to assure that you are getting verified reviews is to offer the same discount to everyone, not just reviewers, which will defeat your purpose, unless everyone who buys leaves a review. Verified or non-verified will still count overall, just a little less for non-verified. I would be hay to talk with you more and explain as much as I can or you are elcome to join my sellers only lounge where I frequently post updates for my sellers.
