Is anyone having trouble with the Valid Tracking rates on MF orders?

The problem in your case, Anthony (no idea about Carrie) is that some sellers buy the shipping right away (to get credit for immediate shipping) and then take it to the Post Office when the mood strikes them….days later. (This does not mean that is what YOU are doing…it’s why they have new rules, so we can all enjoy the fallout from a bunch of slackers.)

So now they are requiring a receiving scan, which means you have to stand in line in order to get that, to prove when the item was received.

It is an actual glitch. When we pull reports, they show 100% tracking, 100% on time, 100% delivered on time.

I was trying to explain why the new rules were put in place. Had nothing to do with what any one particular person was or was not guilty of doing, but that because of those who did this, we all have to suffer.

Yes, I lost my ability to offer premium shipping over this days before Christmas. I was told my case would be escalated to a team that can address bugs and technical issues and as far as I can tell it was never actually addressed in any way. I still cannot offer premium shipping, the case was marked as completed, not transferred, and I received no updates. Not impressed.
