Is there anyway we can offer a discount for a product & set it up where we provide some sort of discount code/voucher that will apply upon customer's purchase?

Yes, Amazon promotions. You can access it in Seller Central under Advertising > Promotions.

Just be very careful about offering a one off deep discount as a concession to a single customer. The code may end up on fatwallet hot topics and you could be wiped out of inventory. Offering 10-20% off should be ok.

THere’s a lot you can do with discount codes, depending on what your end goal is. For example, you can make a discount code appear right on your product page, so that every visitor on amazon that sees your product would see the discount code, to perhaps get them to use it. Or you can hide it from your product page, like when you want to hand them out to people that will review your products.

You can expire them whenever you want as well.

Coupon codes take at least 4 hours to processby amazon, so keep that in mind if you are ready to launch a big promo at a specific hour. This one caught me off guard the first time I did it.

You can also set up codes that can work across all your products or just one ASIN, or do combos where the code will only work if a person buys one product (like a buy 1, get 1 for 50% off.) It’s pretty flexible.

Maybe I’ll do an episode on this subject in the near future on my podcast.

I hope this helped somewhat.

You can make it so that a user can only use it once, but if they post it somewhere, everybody can use it. So set them to only be able to be used once, ever. First come first serve.
