Do any of you gurus know of any account that has been reinstated after being suspended for Late Shipment Rate?

yes if you send in a good plan of action how you can ensure not to have late shipments in the future.

A) keep the items that you list in stock
b) extend your lead time to ensure you can deliver within the timeframe
c) put account on vacation settings if you are unavailable to ship
d) hire more staff if necessary to manage shipping volume

etc. etc.

Spend some time reading forum threads on late shipment, then post your original suspension letter and your proposed plan of action here.
Hopefully by reading the other threads you will learn to:
1. Use short sentences and paragraphs.

2. Cut the B.S. and fluff and put only the real causes and real plan you have implemented to prevent it from happening again. Your plan of action should address the reasons you gave for this happening — ie dropshipping, selling products you don’t have in stock, bad weather, emergency and you didn’t make use of Vacation settings, etc. You have to admit to what you did.

3. Read Amazon’s policies so you understand what is expected of you.

It sounds to me like there’s no hope . . . sorry. I would point out that they are leaving the door open for you to go FBA, if that is an option.

Be serious if selling on Amazon and use a shipping software. Never ship late.
Try to create a REAL plan of action vs. “writing” a good plan of action.

They hopefully put you back but take it very serious. We have on employee check all orders before everyone leaves making sure all tracking number are submitted and packages are out otherwise no one leave!
