“Made in China” label:
I already asked this question in another discussion, but now I would like to open it again as a new thread.
Do my products (bookmarks from Thailand) have to have a sticker “Made in Thailand”?
I guess it doesn’t have to be directly on the product, but does it have to be on the packaging of each bookmark?
I got a reply from one guy here, and he said it IS necessary, but when I was googling, I found some people who said “this is not required , but your shipping invoice will have to say made in china for reference to customs”
What do you think?

According to the United States Customs, a label of origin is required on every imported product sold to a customer. The law is pretty clear about this. Follow it or not at your own risk.

How about Made in P.R.C instead of Mad in China?

if your bookmark can’t be marked and falls under the J List then just your packaging is required to have made in China labels. So you would need to check the list to see if it is exempt.
