My first FBA shipment arrived and was processed at the FBA facility on the 6th (Wed). My inventory page shows that the listing is active & my inventory shows the shipment as checked in and available. My product page still shows that it is not available. I chatted with Amazon on Wed about this and they told me it would show available on the 9th (today). Still not available – is this normal to have such a delay?
I went through the video to fix this and it was no help. Everything ultimately sends me back to seller support. Would I be able to delete the product on my all inventory page and then add it back? Or would this screw things up worse?
many times Amazon will trans-ship your items once they arrive to other warehouses which can delay them from showing up as active. That is pretty normal. However, if you send in a lot of stuff consistently it becomes less painful as you will always have stuff in the pipeline.
