I’m a seller n I personally would NEVER wait 2 weeks JUST for a response! Maybe a resolution but not taking time out of my day everyday just trying to get their attention. Being patient is one thing but that’s a whole other…in MY opinion

Personally, I’d give it 7 days. It has a certain dramatic effect when you send a complaint to anyone when you can say “I have patiently waited a week” whereas saying “I have patiently waited 2 days” sounds kind of dumb. Just my 2 cents

to answer more thoroughly. Yes, the A-Z scars the account. Its meant for deep issues that can not be remedied through normal channels and conversation. 2 days without response does not warrant the use of this last resort tool.

message them daily. (copy paste) for a week. This should alert them that something is up. Then maybe wait another week. If still non respondent? Id open a case (A-Z)
