Does anyone know if the customer selecting the wrong “Return Reason” for their return effects the product listing or your seller returns?
Example: Someone selects “Defective/Does not work properly” but actually they just ordered the wrong size. Is it better to just ask the seller to do a second refund request with the proper reason?
I doubt a customer would want to close the original return request to open another one. It’s my opinion, I could be wrong, but a customer probably feels that if they put in “defective”, there won’t have to pay for any return shipping or restock costs
