Should I cross them off my list as I'd be potentially competing against them?

I just found one of my potential suppliers (my first choice) selling on Amazon with their own storefront, selling at about $10 less than similar items. Should I cross them off my list as I’d be potentially competing against them? The saving grace is that they’re selling in a completely different category that the one I was going to be selling in.
