I cannot get any new reviews from my organic sales.

Since Amz changed its review policy, I have implemented a 3-emails sequence where I thank and ask customers to share the experience with the product. I mainly use the wording provided in one of the podcasts. The emails are sent when order is shipped, 2 days after delivered, and 7 days after delivered. I don’t have a bonus e-book, I believe it is against rules to offer future discounts. Do those things really make a difference? How should I handle this? Any help is appreciated.

Won’t agree more. Most of my customers won’t leave any feedback and review. So sad..

No it is not against to offer future discounts

if you are selling on amazon then you need to follow the discount rules of amazon only
