Since when do you need retail packaging for brand registration? Is there a way around this, so far my only packaging is a clear poly bag. I am no where close to ready for getting retail packaging designed and made. Any tricks?

Branded label on a polybag. Problem solved. Go get 100 labels done up from uprinting or a similar company.

Is branding on your actual product a must have? I have branded packaging but branding on my specific product isn’t possible. Nothing can be printed on my product.
I am thinking of getting my logo photoshopped on my product to satisfy this brand registry requirement. But my actual product will not have a logo. Is that okay.

Hm, well, it is technically not possible to print my logo on my actual product. Can I simply photoshop it for the sake of putting this on my temporary website for brand registry. It is dishonest, but is that the only option now then.

Exactly that. Get a designer to do a design for a label that you can print and stick on the polybag. I have a few other products that have 3″ x 3″ labels that are being designed up to act as our branding.

And obviously on that we have the barcode so it still can be scanned.
