So, Amazon lost a box from my latest shipment. It was received by their warehouse, but never checked in. I filed a request to investigate as soon as the option was available and now they are asking me for an invoice and I’m not sure what to do.
I purchased a lot of the items on eBay, however this shipment also contained about 30 games from my personal collection. Please tell me I’m not out of luck on this one, anyone have experience with this or know what I should do?
Actually I just told them I don’t have any because I buy my items at thrift stores and garage sales. All of my stuff is discontinued so that’s close enough to the truth. The first rep just replied with the same message requesting invoices, which I replied that I already explained that. The second rep approved the request and I will be reimbursed if they don’t find my items.
