So I get a refund initiated on a product and I ask the customer what the issue was. The customer told me he received a completely different item than what was ordered. I told him I don’t even commingle so there should be zero chance of that happening. It’s amazing that amazon messes with your inventory even when you don’t commingle.

You mean like when you do a removal order and get a book back instead of a skateboard. It’s pretty neat. Still fighting for them to make that right

With the thousands of sales we had there were zero complaints of this sort of thing. Someone probably just grabbed the wrong item and managed to ship it. There’s supposed to be checks and balances on this but with a warehouse full of temps working, what can you expect? We get a lot of ridiculous returns though, but whose fault is that? Like we shipped a pair of socks and get a pack of spark plugs back.

Starting the process of getting reimbursed for destroyed items and was not very pleased when I noticed food items reimbursed with replacements!

It is rare and generally won’t happen once a product has a decent amount of inventory in the FC’s.
