I have a customer that ordered 3 pillar candles. Doesn’t like the burn, they have used all 3 and wants to return because they don’t like the way they burn.
I offered a replacement. They want one replacement and refund on the other two.
Any advice is appreciated.
I believe Amazon’s return policy dictates that you’ll accept the return for them regardless. https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=15015721
Send them a pre-paid return label and refund it all once you receive the items. Kick the trash can a couple of times if it helps.
No replacements.. At this point you offer a refund since the customer has already indicated that they are dissatisfied and you made an offer.
What you didn’t state was how long ago these candles were delivered. If it was more than 30 days, I would have said, so sorry but outside of policy. Consider the dates the next time.
i would offer to “replace” meaning only if they send back the other 2 (i would prepay the label)
once they used all of it than asking for a refund and is absurd they are crook-it
