The buyer is asking to refund the difference amount.

A buyer has filed an A-to-Z claim stating that the product that he purchased from me is now available at much less price. The buyer is asking to refund the difference amount. What should I do? Please suggest.

Also, if I make a refund does the A-to-Z claim still affect my ratings?

I would not refund, The claim will count against you whether you give the money or not. A to Z claims are just claims that are opened, not those you win

Do not refund. A-to-Z claims don’t really do a ton to the rating if everything else is good. I get 2-3 a week and have 100% feedback rating and account in good standing. Customers are just fucking stupid.

you will have to process the return as no longer wanted category – bu the customer should not have opened or used the item at all. In India prices keep changing so buyer can return if in new condition.

6. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
