So, I got this feedback on my account as negative (it was FBA):
“The large box in the picture is VERY misleading – also the price @$x.99 that I paid is much higher than it is today which is confusing and misleading compared to others. For some reason your price is $x.95 today. Had it not been for my child waiting for this to arrive I would have sent it back. She is quite disappointed thinking and your product in the photo is disingenuous.”
This is an item offered by many sellers. The ones with the lesser price have $4.99 shipping on top of it. How should I handle this? I listed on an existing listing that did show a picture of case pack but the title and description state that you only get one of the items. They couldn’t have really thought they were getting a case of the product right? That would cost 30x as much!
