Thoughts on offering 100% Money-Back Guarantee? Do you guys get taken advantage of?
Hey guys, what are your thoughts on offering a 100% money-back guarantee in the product title or the bullet points, or even publicly responding to 1 or 2 star product reviews with a money-back guarantee. This is something I would like to offer with my own product, but I am afraid that there are some buyers on Amazon who search for products with a money-back guarantee in order to take advantage of sellers. Any experiences on this? In general, what are your thoughts about doing this?
My feeling is that offering a strong 100% money back guarantee plus having the social proof of ~10 reviews from Top 10000 reviewers, plus a nice collection of high resolution product and lifestyle images and a good price would make the purchase a no-brainer. But afraid of getting taken advantage of.
If I offer this, should I require the the buyer ship the product back to me or should I just offer the refund to the person who asks for the refund straight away? Just trying to gauge other people’s experiences with offering a money-back guarantee.
