Trying to update the listing and CS want manufacture proof. The manufacture has no website. Provided photo of the product is not good enough as proof. Grocery item package that has updated nutritional facts and I want to replace the existing image listing. I’m the only seller. Anyone facing this issue and best way to get this resolved?
I deal with this all the time.
What you need to do is call seller central and explain your dilemma throroughly.
If they cannot help you, tell them to transfer you to the catalog team.
This always works for me.
No disrespect to any of the SC staff because they are great to me, but many of them are new or follow rules because they are told to.
The rules are good but there are always exceptions to rules.
Just be diligent in solving this with them. It may be 20 mins on the phone and a few transfers but they do want to help you because it helps them.
