They usualy state that’s a sample and the value is $0.01. Jay answered 12 months ago You must login to post comments 0 0 makes no difference in my opinion, usually a sample (if small enough) will be handled by someone like DHL or Fedex and they will handle the clearance and then charge you the vat and duty.
