I may be because of Disney’s intellectual property rights have been infringed, my rights to be suspended, I need to contact support team Disney’s intellectual property rights,Who can tell me the Disney support email address.
Looking forward to your help, thank you.
Hard to reach the big Mouse by email. You might have better chances at a random meet in person. He hangs around a lot at Epcot centre, Just a little advise Mr. Mouse is hard to deal with. You will be better off dealing with Goofy or Donald.
Your odds are not good.
Your infringement message should have mentioned the email address of the party who complained.
Otherwise, you can start with the Disney licensing website.
I don’t think that will get you very far.
What you really need to do is to go back to your supplier and verify their source was Disney. If the product was manufactured by anyone other than Disney, they should have proof of their license from Disney (which should have been requested using the website I identified earlier).
It is most likely that you manufacturer is producing products that should have had a licensing agreement first.
If that is the case, you will not have any luck at all and should be prepared to return your products to your supplier for selling unlicensed products using Disney IP.
