Amazon receives our shipments incorrectly all the time, and in the past getting reimbursed was easy. Now they are refusing reimbursements often. Just found out they said they did not receive almost 250 units ($6,000) and claim that we cannot reconcile bec

Amazon receives our shipments incorrectly all the time, and in the past getting reimbursed was easy. Now they are refusing reimbursements often. Just found out they said they did not receive almost 250 units ($6,000) and claim that we cannot reconcile because the shipment was already double-checked and the count is final. Anyone else come across that response and were able to get it reimbursed still?

Yes I have seen it and no I have not attempted to get reimbursed for it… yet… after the holidays there will be much more time for complaints.

Just open a case and you’ll get the reimbursement like always. Just do it the normal way instead of through the reconcile tab.

I’ve noticed it too, but I’ve opened cases and gotten reimbursed. I have noticed they are receiving ghost items of mine and under receiving others and calling that a wash.

I once sent 20 of A and 20 of B They received 7 of A 33 of B… Customers buying B start complaining they are receiving A… go back and look up old shipments to try to track down the problem, find this issue… so apparently they were miscounted, missorted, and misshipped without anyone catching the problems? Recalled all of A and B and they were all correctly labeled…
